Restore is currently seeking applications for the position of Warehouse Operative / Data Entry to join our team at Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Trust for a Hospital project.
Follow specified work instructions to ensure that the correct files/boxes are removed and accurately captured according to the customer and RESTORE requirements. Placing files into boxes capturing file/box details and preparing the boxes for collection. Responsible RESTORE representation and ensure that a professional manner is always provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Champion health and safety practices throughout the team
- Ensure a safe and healthy working environment is always maintained. Inform Senior staff of possible health and safety issues
- To ensure that work is picked and captured and keyed to a high degree of accuracy
- Understanding specifications and rejecting any documents which do not meet the required criteria
- A high degree of concentration and attention to detail is required
- Working towards targets (hourly and daily) individually and as part of a team
- Record keeping ensures the accuracy of the information for subsequent stages of processing
- Ensuring work is always of a high standard
- To be aware of and work within the Information Security Policies and our registration under the Data Protection Act 1998
- Helping with other areas outside of key responsibilities as required

We store and manage over 22 million items including archive boxes of document files, film and computer tape across a variety of secure storage facilities nationwide. Including cold war Air Force shelters for some of our heritage pieces, which we store on behalf of the leading museums.
