Job description
As a Jacobs Data Entry Officer you will enter the details of emails and letters received onto our debt recovery system. Data will include personal details such as telephone numbers, email addresses, employment details etc.

About Us
Jacobs have been established since 1959 and are now the largest independently owned enforcement agency in the country working extensively with over 190 Local Authorities throughout England and Wales and are the primary contractor in Wales for HMCTS.

Essential Skills
- Good typing speed
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Ability to work well under pressure
Desirable Experience
- Experience in an administration role
- Proven Literacy Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word preferable
Salary & Benefits
- 37 hours per week
- Mon – Thurs 9am – 5.30pm Friday 9am – 5pm or Mon – Thurs 8am – 4.30pm Friday 8am – 4pm

Successful candidates will need to undergo BPSS Screening prior to any offers of employment. This check verifies identity, UK right to work, employment history and unspent criminal convictions.
