Risk, Compliance and Regulatory Delivery Manager
Paysafe is currently seeking an experienced, highly motivated Delivery Manager for Payments Risk, Compliance and Regulatory change and IT development projects. The role requires a person experienced in working within a complex stakeholder environment, engaging with different areas of the business. The Delivery Manager will play a key part in driving our strategic enterprise and will deliver complex projects in a matrix environment. The role requires very strong experience of CxO level stakeholder engagement and influencing, whilst also having a strong grasp of the detail.
Key responsibilities and Activities
- Identifying, managing, tracking, and driving the overall scope, objectives, & critical success factors of the programs
- Ownership of end-to-end plans, budgets and benefits tracking, including the identification of critical risks, dependencies, and change.
- Reporting progress to stakeholders (up to CxO) with a focus on budget, scope, resources, and schedule. Timely escalations as necessary
- Driving alignment between Product Management, Development Management, and Business Stakeholders
- Working closely with Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Product Managers and key stakeholders to define project scope and requirements in terms of features and capabilities.
- Track and communicate business value/business readiness and map against milestones.
- Line and task management of a team of 5+ Project Managers, a mix of permanent and contractor resources
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years as an experienced Program Manager of $5m+ large complex projects, in a regulated environment
- Recent experience managing financial services Risk, Compliance and/or Legal/Regulatory Delivery Programs.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in managing change and/or IT development projects using both an Agile/Scrum & Waterfall approach.
- Experience of Line and task management and building an effective delivery organisation.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with excellent communication (written and verbal), time management, project & program planning, people and team building skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE 2, or other Project Management qualification Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience of working in a Matrix organization working without direct control of resources and with global geographical spread.
- Experience in developing and executing plans, meeting deadlines and operating under tight time constraints.
- Strong Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
