About the Role
Through Executive Education, we work with a wide range of organisations, leaders and managers, facilitating dynamic development programmes across the private and public sectors that are informed by both the latest business research and commercial environments.
We are now looking to grow our Open Programmes team. The Executive Sales Advisor will be the first point of contact for all enquiries relating to open programmes and be responsible for proactively recruiting high-quality applicants. You will engage and attract a global audience of senior leaders from private and public sectors using a variety of tactics including email, social media, telephone and client meetings.
About You
To provide support to qualified prospective learners through their decision-making journey, ensuring they are well informed about our offer, You will have excellent customer service skills, be creative in your approach to recruitment and be able to build and maintain rapport with clients.
Essential to this role is the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, including internal colleagues, representing the “voice of the customer”, to ensure the highest standards of learner and client experience.
The ideal candidate will be target driven, self-motivated and be able to successfully develop a sustainable pipeline of business.
