This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into our systems and databases following established guidelines and procedures.

  • Data Verification: Review and verify the accuracy of data to maintain data integrity and prevent errors.

  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to identify and rectify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or missing information.

  • Data Maintenance: Ensure that all data is up-to-date, relevant, and accessible to authorized personnel.

  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of data entry activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.

  • Data Retrieval: Retrieve and provide data reports as requested by various departments, clients, or management.

  • Reporting: Generate reports summarizing data entry activities and data accuracy for management review.

  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and in compliance with data protection regulations.

  • Communication: Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to address data-related inquiries and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
  • Proficiency in data entry software and tools, including Microsoft Excel and database systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
