Ward Clerk | Administration | Customer Service | Spire Little Aston, Sutton Coldfield | Full Time | Permanent | £20,397 per annum FTE plus Excellent Benefits
Spire Little Aston, Sutton Coldfield are expanding the scope of services we offer our patients and as such we’re looking for a Ward Clerk to join our friendly team. This role will be responsible for providing a high standard of customer service to all patients, consultants, NHS partners, staff and visitors.
The role is a permanent full time post, working 37.5 hours per week Monday - Saturday. Early shifts start at 06.30, late shifts finish at 20.00.
Duties and responsibilities:
This will be an interesting and varied role as you work on the ward with patients, consultants, NHS partners, staff and visitors. Providing information and directions as required. Filing notes and working across systems to ensure information is entered quickly and accurately. Providing information face to face in the ward or via phone and email. You must be highly organised with great Customer Service skills.
Skills/qualifications we're looking for:
- Highly organised and take pride in your work. .
- Excellent communication is a must as there will be plenty of liaison with patients and consultants.
- Experience in administration, customer services or sales
