Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain data entry and filing systems
- Transcribe information from various sources into electronic formats
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into spreadsheets or databases
- Perform general clerical and administrative tasks as needed
- Greet and assist customers
Requirements:
- Must have at least 3 years of Quickbook experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in data entry or related clerical work
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to multitask effectively while tolerating interruptions
