Job description
The position of the Production Administrator is responsible for facilitation of the order entry process as determined by the Scheduler. You will be required to use both Navision and Optiway to facilitate the work orders and Labels that will go into production. This position may also assist multiple divisions of MHP Group of companies from time-to-time.
General Responsibilities
· Generate workorders using Navision (hi-rise,, low-rise, speciality items and mock ups)
· Optimize orders in Optiway
· Print production labels
· Handle all administrative issues (scanner, printer etc.)
· Communicate with installers, shipping team, and other individuals across the groups of companies
· Comply with safety rules; report all accidents, incidents and potential hazards immediately
- Understand and comply with the worker responsibilities and rights as outlined in the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OH&S) of Ontario, as well as, the Company’s safety rules
- Ensure PPE (personal protective equipment) is worn at all times
- Attend various training sessions as requested by employer
· All other duties as assigned

· Complete Annual Performance Review with Management
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years in an administrative or data entry role
- Knowledge of MS Office proficiency
- Must have experience with Microsoft Dynamics; Navision or SAP
- Working knowledge of Optiway
- Industry Experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills required
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights from data
- Ability to exhibit a professional attitude and image with a commitment to quality service
· Highly organized, with high level of accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
