Eprine Community Services Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. As a medical practice, accuracy is critical, and the Data Entry Operator will play a key role in maintaining our patient records. The operator will be responsible for entering and updating patient information, updating insurance records, and updating medical history. This position will report to the Medical Records Administrator and will be based at our main office.

Responsibilities
- Enter and update patient data into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness of patient records.
- Manage and maintain patient records and files.
- Update insurance information for patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely updates to patient records.
- Complete tasks within established timelines and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Other related duties as required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of data entry experience, preferably in a medical setting.
- Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accurate data entry.
- Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with others.
