Job description

New Opportunity! Alpharetta Residential Design System and Installation Company is hiring for Customer Service Representatives to handle questions on products and process orders from distributors.

Pay: $18 - $22 hour +Benefits!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Processes purchase orders from distributors
  • Updates distributors with tracking numbers
  • Receiving inventory, preparing, pick, pack and process orders.
  • Answers and handles telephone calls in a professional and timely manner; .
  • Performs general clerical duties such as; filing, faxing, and mailing.
  • Maintains accurate records in NetSuite.
  • Assists Sales team with order entry.

Qualitifications:
Proficient on NetSuite and Microsoft 365
Strong organizational skills
