Brook Street are proud to be recruiting for a full time Data Entry Administrator for a well established company based in Bradford. Minimum wage (dependant on age and experience).This will be on a temporary basis, with the potential to go permanent for the right applicant.
Responsibilities would include, but not limited to: -
. On receipt of data requests from customers, accountable for assessing and processing the information accurately into the relevant database in line with agreed service levels
. Responsible for validating accuracy of data inputting and providing confirmation and evidence back to customer
. Responsible for cataloguing the requests with the appropriate evidence for tracking and audit purposes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
. Previous experience in data entry
. Previous experience of working in a customer facing role processing large amounts of data would be a significant advantage
. Impeccable attention to detail - must have pride in your work
. Strong ability to work quickly and accurately
. Excellent administration skills
. Good knowledge and understanding of database systems would be a significant advantage
. Working knowledge of spreadsheets and other word processing tools
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
. Great interpersonal and customer service skills
. Strong background in working with computers and dealing with large amounts of information
. Comfortable in a changing environment with conflicting priorities
. Where requested by both internal and external customers, responsible for providing standard basic data outputs
. As required, responsible for validating pricing within customer stores to ensure the products scan in line with the correct pricing on systems
. Responsible for escalating any data related issues to ISSC Data Quality Controllers or Data Manager
