We are now looking for an experienced Project Portfolio Manager to join us and work closely with our Senior Leadership Team to help deliver our long-term vision.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A PROJECT PORTFOLIO MANAGER
The Project Portfolio Manager will be responsible for our clients' operational, budgeting and reporting requirements managing projects across the UK and Ireland. The Project Portfolio Manager may be designated as General Manager for one or more assets and will provide dedicated support to the Asset Owners.
As Project Portfolio Manager you will be responsible for:
· Managing all operational and stakeholder reporting requirements
· Building and managing a successful team
· Managing the technical relationship with partners ensuring contractual obligations are met and revenues maximized
· Managing and developing Director reports
· Ensuring that Evermore meets all its obligations under its managed service agreement and any additional workstreams agreed with the Asset Owners
· Visiting the project sites regularly and meeting with key stakeholders
· Attending and presenting at Asset Board meetings to clients as required
As a Portfolio Manager you will be assisting in overseeing the day-to-day operations of several assets to include managing operation and maintenance contracts, drafting and reviewing policies and procedures, reviewing budgets, and meeting monthly board reporting obligations.

SKILLS NEEDED/DAY TO DAY TASKS
· Great technical knowledge in the energy or manufacturing environment with a proven record of problem sorting and RCA approach
· Good verbal and written communication skills with experience in diligently preparing and reviewing Management and Board documentation
· Able to operate without a large supporting team and capable of implementing and improving efficient processes.
· Good computing skills with ability to learn more: Competent use of Excel, Word, web-based reporting, project management software are all important in this role
· Excellent Interpersonal Skills
· Team building experience and a track record as a self-motivated positive leader
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
· We are flexible on the area of experience but require at least 10 years experience in continual management of Energy or Manufacturing facilities or operation and maintenance management.
· Setting and management of operating and financial budgets.
· Experience in Contract management is preferred
· Business Development with potential clients
QUALIFICATIONS
· Degree qualified in a scientific or engineering discipline or equivalent experience gained in a relevant industry.
