Bookkeeping Essentials Ltd. is looking to add to their team and is hiring a Receptionist/ Data Entry Clerk. This position is based out of Bonnyville and is full time 40 hr/week.
Bookkeeping Essentials goes above and beyond to provide high quality service to their customers! They offer a variety of services including business start-up, CRA and WCB registration, general bookkeeping, GST filing, payroll, proprietorship year ends, corporate year end preparation, personal income tax services and consulting services.
The Receptionist/ Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for the following duties:
- Maintain data entry into bookkeeping software Sage for various clients with high standard of customer services.
- Answer the phones in a friendly manner and aid the clients with their requests, as well as greeting clients as they enter the office.
- Maintain an accurate and complete trail of supporting documentation for all data entry activities.
- Reception and other administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Experience in accounting industry is an asset
- High school Diploma
- General understanding of computerized accounting systems (Sage 50) an asset
- Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word and Excel, Google GSuite is an asset
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- High standard of confidentiality
- Accuracy and attention to detail while working under tight deadlines
- Assertive, comfortable communicating with various types of individuals
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to follow through and complete overlapping projects
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
