HR and Compliance Manager
Cherry Care Homes based in Cowes are recruiting for a HR and Compliance Manager to be responsible for all HR matters arising within our two homes and that managers are adhering to CQC regulations, other legislation, and local authority requirements.
This varied and busy role would ideally suit someone with a background in compliance or HR within the public or care sectors. Experience with the CQC would be a very welcome advantage.

Main duties
- Taking the lead on all compliance matters including CQC and Local Authority requirements, Internal Quality Audits and Safeguarding.
- Day to day HR administration and support for and on behalf of the registered manager.
- Ensuring that policies and procedures are up to date and ensure any change to policy is communicated to the care management team.
- Work closely with the CQC and Local Authority to ensure that high standards are consistently met.
- The auditing of all care files and staff training files.
- The review of staff training to ensure adherence to relevant guidance, legislation, and regulations.
