A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our leading law firm located in Brighton and Hove.
The role is offered on a six-month fixed term contract.
We are looking for someone to assist with a project to update all of the business’ off-site files. The role will include:
- Reviewing file destroy dates and updating, checking the file destroy date against GDPR retention
- Adding barcode information from the existing files to the case file system
- Working with accounts to close files
- Logging of information from the file into the off-site archive storage system
- Reviewing the file to ensure all appropriate documents have been removed prior to destruction
- There may be a requirement to visit off-site storage units and therefore some travel may be involved
We are looking for someone with good attention to detail, good communication and time management skills. It is a very fast paced environment so a strong ability to multitask and prioritise tasks well will be beneficial.
