- Responsible for ensuring your own health and safety and that of others and promoting a positive health and safety culture within the workplace
- Ensure all Health and safety obligations are met, and company policies are adhered to
- Report any safety concerns, hazard observations, accidents, and incidents in a timely manner to allow full investigation and prevent re-occurrence
- Responsible for ensuring data has been uploaded into business systems accurately (ETS, Topaz, Tensor, WIP)
- Prepare checking reports, reconcile, and send reminders to employees and managers for non- submission of hours
- Understand and interpret data to enable answering of any data/system related queries
- Run monthly reports on labour hours and material spend and adjust internal systems where required
- Run, review, reconcile and deliver WIP count to finance
- Prepare monthly operations KPI’s for senior management meetings
- Use data sources to highlight risks and areas for improvement
- Be the link between operations and finance
- Support with general operation administration as required

- Previous experience of interpreting data using business software (ETS, Topaz, Tensor and WIP – would be an advantage)
- Experience of working within manufacturing advantageous
- Previous administration experience is advantageous but not essential
- Good standard of basic education in particular mathematics
- Competent MS applications (in particular excel)
- Strong aptitude, motivation, and interest in conducting quantitative analysis to transform data into impactful information and intelligence
- Must be able to demonstrate good communication skills and friendly approach with colleagues

- Excellent planning & organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
- To be able to contribute to the team’s performance
- Ability to work on own initiative
- To have the desire to constantly learn from experience gained and proactively seeking further knowledge of the products
- Be willing to undergo training as appropriate and required
