Job Title: Data and Compliance Administrator
Location: Leeds (head office) / Home Based (Hybrid if required - expectation is 2-3 days per week in the office - can consider flexible hours)
Reports to: Office Manager
Functional Responsibility to: Employability and Training
Other Regular Relationships: Participants/Learners, Apprentices, Clients (Employers), Stakeholders, Corporate Support

Main Purpose of the Role
The Data and Compliance Administrator’s primary purpose is to effectively coordinate data entry using our management information (MI) systems and carry out compliance checks that support the company in successfully delivering its contracts and services.
You will work as part of a busy team with data entry, customer facing and office administration duties ensuring our services run smoothly and we deliver high quality outcomes for our customers.
Main Duties & Accountabilities
- Inputting and maintaining information and data on our respective MI systems in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensuring the contractual compliance requirements of evidence and data is maintained to the highest standard at all times.
- To liaise closely with Employability and Training staff, and where required external delivery partner organisations, highlighting any data errors and/or non-compliance of required evidence.
- Manage the collection, recording and storage of data in line with Data Protection, GDPR and funder requirements.
- Support office administration including filing, photocopying, scanning and coordination of documents and data relevant to the contracts we deliver.
- Answer telephone calls and taking messages which are forwarded to relevant staff in a timely and accurate manner.
- Welcoming participants and visitors and supporting the organisation of meetings and training courses.
- To support internal and external monitoring and audit requirements.
- Keep up to date with funding and performance rules and regulations across our respective contracts supported by the Contract Manager
- Seek to improve his/her own performance, contribution, knowledge, skills and participate in training and developmental activities as required.
- Ensure the implementation of Diversity, Equality & Inclusion practices, and compliance with Safeguarding/Prevent, Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
Skills and Experience
- Good standard of English (literacy) and Maths (numeracy).
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Clear and friendly communication skills.
- Tech savvy – including Word & Excel
- Experience working in a data entry environment would be beneficial.
- Self-motivated with natural problem-solving skills.
- Great at multitasking and managing your time.
- Able to work effectively and constructively in a fast-moving environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
