On the Data and analytics programme, you'll learn how to use the most advanced data and analytics technologies to provide the right solution for our customers and stakeholders.
You'll work alongside some of the best and most experienced data engineers, data architects and data scientists and have the ability to learn and experience the full data journey from acquisition to data-led decision making.
Our mission is to develop individuals who could be successful in all areas of data and analytics. You'll have the opportunity to rotate between the Data Engineering, Visualisation & Insights, and Data Science teams and experience the full lifecycle of data projects.
You'll have support from a dedicated team to guide you through your experiences, give you advice and support you in your learning journey. You'll receive in-house training as well as being given the opportunity to access external training programmes tailored to your needs.
What can I look forward to?
Being on the Data and Analytics programme, no two days will be the same. You'll use data and a range of the latest technologies to help solve business challenges and proactively identify areas of opportunity. As well as learning new technical skills, you'll be working closely with stakeholders at all levels from across our business to deliver value for both them and our customers.
The three-year programme consists of several rotations across Analytics and Data teams, where you'll be supported by industry experts across Data Science, Data Engineering and Visualisation & Insights. The programme will provide you with foundational skills across data and analytics disciplines, from building new data pipelines, analysing data and using storytelling to present Insights back to our business, through to building machine learning models and artificial intelligence processes.
There will be a combination of in-house and external training, all tailored to your needs. At the end of the programme, you'll achieve a degree in Data Science. The degree will consist of several modules, including computer programming, statistics and machine learning, aimed at providing you with the core skills across the data and analytics disciplines. You'll also learn from extremely talented and knowledgeable colleagues across the different rotations and have access to the existing data and analytics graduate cohort.

What you’ll need?
- A 2:1 degree (predicted or recently achieved) in any undergraduate discipline
- A least 112 UCAS points - (or equivalent) from 3 A-level subjects
- A* to C grade (9 to 4) in Maths and English GCSE
- A willingness to learn, a passion for data and can demonstrate intellectual curiosity
