The Programme Management Office (PMO) sits within Environment & Place directorate and supports the delivery of a half a billion-pound plus capital infrastructure programme over the coming years.
About the role
You will be employed through Oxfordshire County Council having an oversight of the infrastructure programmes schemes and supporting Project Managers and Programme Leads with accurate reporting and keeping project information up to date.
The individual will provide database support and analysis to allow project teams to operate effectively and to use a multitude of IT systems and databases to seek and provide evidence to support multi-million-pound projects.
As part of the Programme Management Office, the individual will be able to analyse and interrogate data for reporting to senior management and beyond.

About you
You will work closely with the Infrastructure Delivery Team and the leadership team on several large-scale projects, ensuring that projects are reported on accurately in terms of overall timing, budget and deliverables. A very good understanding of excel, Power BI and other MS Office suite products is key.
This role is ideally suited to a motivated, confident individual, with self-starter capabilities, comfortable at working alone as well as part of a team.
