About the role:
Okay, we’ve waffled long enough. So let’s get to the good bit: You.

As a Data Analyst Intern (3 months), you will have the opportunity to work closely with our data science team to gain valuable hands-on experience in a user-focussed, dynamic and innovative environment. You will be responsible for utilising your analytical skills, specifically in SQL and Tableau, to extract, analyse, and visualise data that will help derive key insights and direct future smart features in our products.

Location: Hybrid working; a mix of working from our London or Bristol offices & working remotely
Employment type: FTC (please note, you must have the right to work in the UK)

What you’ll be doing at Elvie:
● Collaborate with the data science team to identify, extract, and clean relevant data from our

SQL databases.
● Analyse large SQL datasets to uncover meaningful insights and trends using Python.
● Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards using Tableau to effectively communicate data-driven insights to various stakeholders.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate insight generation and provide statistical analyses across a range of project areas.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics, bringing fresh ideas to the team.

What we are looking for:
● Completed or nearly completed a Degree in a STEM related subject.
● Working knowledge in SQL and Tableau.
● Confident Python skills; knowledge of TabPy would be an advantage.
● Familiarity with data visualisation principles and best practices.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide meaningful insights.
● Proficient in data manipulation and analysis techniques.
● Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
● Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
● Enthusiasm and passion for working in a modern femtech company and contributing to women's health and empowerment.
● Proven ability to independently run projects from start to finish, demonstrating initiative and proactiveness.
