Job Title: Data Analyst – Energy & Sustainability
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Contract: Permanent
Location: Homebased North West
Weekly Hours: 35 hours

This is an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to join our Energy & Sustainability Team.
It’s a great time to join YHG and be part of the team driving sustainability and energy efficiency standards to achieve our corporate objectives such as EPC C & Net Zero.
We are looking for an Experienced passionate data driven individual with a great eye for detail.
What will my working week look like?
You will be homebased, living within the North West, within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Warrington, to attend meetings and training courses. You’ll be required to visit our Head Office approximately four times per Month.
What will I be responsible for doing?
Working as part of the Energy & Sustainability Team, you will utilise your skills to proactively maintain data, and produce reports relating to asset energy efficiency and corporate sustainability.
As a Data Analyst you will monitor, cleanse, and validate complex datasets, to support the development of asset investment programmes and YHG’s Sustainability Strategy.
You will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of YHG’s energy dashboards, updating as required to ensure data is visible to key stakeholders.
You will play a key role in the strategic planning of decarbonisation projects across the group.

- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience utilising Asset Management systems and tools
- Knowledge and understanding of data modelling, data cleansing, and data enrichment techniques
Ideally you will…
- Be a collaborative team player
- Have experience using SAVA Intelligent Energy
- Have an awareness and understanding or domestic EPC and SAP data
- Have experience in the Social Housing sector
