Requirements / Experience for this role:
· Enthusiastic about hospitality, people, and thrive in busy and diverse business.
- Comfortable working across a variety of services; Weddings, conference and events, restaurant and casual dining.
- Eagerness to join a team that enjoys working together to deliver an experience that has a lasting impression on our guests, visitors, and members.
- Appropriate experience in a similar Hospitality operation.
- Full understanding of menu items and allergens.
- Good communications skills
- Willingness to learn.
