Fantastic new role with this leading media giant! looking for a data analyst to join the team!
Your role will be in the end-to-end delivery of data assets and insights that describe the complete customer journey with our products and the pain points they experience. These will be used to form recommendations that directly support commercial decision and the digital product strategy. Through this deeper understanding of customer behaviour, we can reduce customer effort while simultaneously reducing costs by driving digital engagement.
Our digital products cover the full range of customer journeys from acquisition, via customer care through to renewal and retention. Through all stages we are seeking to give the most value to our customers in order to become the most recommended brand and maximise our customer lifetime value.
Within the Advanced Analytics and Data Science team you will champion customer voice and help us to foster a culture with a customer focus.Highly competent in merging, managing, interrogating, and extracting data to supply tailored outputs - Advanced SQL skills are essential.
Understanding of relational databases, how they work, and how to query them efficiently.
Understanding of the application of statistics and statistical modelling techniques such as linear and logistic regression.
Experience in creating front-end dashboards using appropriate tools that deliver on stakeholder requirements (Looker, PowerBI etc).
Experience working with version control tools, such as GitLab, and an appreciation for their importance within collaborative work.
Ability to clearly communicate actionable insights and complex findings to senior stakeholders. A proven storyteller.
Degree in numerate discipline, ideally with postgraduate qualification in Statistics, Operational Research, Management Science or similar.
Experience in customer data analysis environment for large B2C organisations.
Recent knowledge of modern analytical tools (Google Cloud Platform, Adobe Analytics.
