Job Purpose
Like solving puzzles? What if you could help solve some of our biggest puzzles that meant you were ultimately helping thousands of our most vulnerable children, how would that feel?
You would be using your amazing data skills to help World Vision unlock new opportunities found within our data and equip teams with the data and insight needed to transform our individual giving programme. We would point you at our key strategic initiatives such as Childhood Rescue and Single Giving and watch you do your thing.
You would be partnering closely with marketing teams to deliver real actionable insights that fuels growth in both our acquisition and retention activities with the end goal of improving the overall value of our supporter base. And by working alongside different teams they will look to your unique talents to help guide them to make the best possible decisions. Sound good?
The Candidate
You will using your unique talent of proven data analytics to solve problems that are evenly matched by your ability to manage powerful collaborations with your business partners. We need you to get people fired up around the insights you uncover!
Your experience in managing relationships at different levels along with the ability to influence decision making will be paramount in ensuring this role is successful. You’ll work closely with marketing teams to help them write sharp data briefs and to be clear on what the problem is that they need to solve.
Using various data tools such as SQL, Python and others you’ll need to be good at taking your data insights and turning them into a story or a narrative that your colleagues can quickly understand and provide recommendations that they can act upon. Working on your own initiative is a key feature of this role but don’t worry you will have the close support of your management team behind you.
In addition to the salary offered, we offer good benefits including pension, generous holiday entitlement and free parking (MK only).
