The role
- Engaging with existing clients
- Maintaining and developing relationships
- Identifying opportunities for upsell and cross selling across the business.
- Understanding business cases, providing solutions to solve customer issues
- Working with the Product team to come up with new product ideas based on client feedback.
Skills
- Experience in Account Management essential
- Ability to confidently present both online and in person to at client presentations and events
- Previous experience of success in working in a sales team
- Ability to grasp and explain complex technical features in a friendly and understandable way
- Some travel is required to visit clients, attend events etc
Most of the work is in new markets so you’ll need to grasp new concepts, industries and ideas quickly.
