Established in 1993, Tristel is a global infection prevention business, headquartered in Cambridgeshire, UK. We have subsidiaries in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Italy, Russia, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, and the United States.
The Business Systems department is responsible for the administration and development of Tristel's core systems, spanning a variety of functions across our global footprint.
The team is currently undergoing a transformative expansion, and is recruiting a number of prominent roles which offer a fantastic opportunity for proactive and motivated individuals to be part of a friendly, forward-thinking team and have a direct impact on the direction and output of the department.
The Data Analyst will work closely with the Head of Business Systems and key stakeholders across the company to define, design and publish business intelligence solutions. This is a cross-functional role that will encompass data from financial, operational, CRM/marketing, and other sources, and deliver both self-service and scheduled reporting via our new platform - SAP Analytics Cloud.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with key stakeholders across the company to understand their reporting requirements.
- Work closely with the Head of Business Systems to design, publish, and maintain both self-service dashboards and scheduled reporting solutions.
- Ensure all reporting is accurate, fostering a robust data environment.
- Support colleagues with training on how to access and interpret published solutions.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of ERP solutions.
- Experience in system administration.
- Background in developing cross-functional business intelligence solutions.
- Experience using business intelligence software such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau etc.
- Working knowledge of user experience design, data visualisation techniques and best practices.
- Strong understanding of business processes and accounting concepts.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL.
- Understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts.
Qualifications: A degree in a relevant subject, or equivalent experience.
