The role

The Data Analyst & Administrator will work as part of the Net Zero Consulting team, working with internal and external stakeholders to develop, deliver and work on Net Zero Pathway engagements and energy efficiency regulations.

You will also work with the Net Zero Services & Projects teams to analyse energy and GHG emissions data, assist in the preparation of reports for clients, booking site audits, liaising with clients to organise service delivery, and develop internal processes.

You will be working with clients to assist with data collection strategies and techniques, calculate emissions and energy consumption, and report creation. Other commons tasks will include:

• Conducting technical analysis with the view of providing insight into underlying patterns and trends
• Utilising CRM software to aid in planning and reporting
• Helping develop processes and templates to improve team productivity
• Discussing energy data management considerations
• Exploring opportunities for new business co-operation

What we’re looking for

The Data Analyst & Administrator should be passionate about sustainability. You must be a team player, highly analytical with strong report writing experience. You must be a confident communicator with clients, and must be competent using Microsoft Office platforms. Other essential experience and skills required are:

• Working with data analysis
• Converting various sources into emissions data
• Excellent timekeeping

• Ability to understand and apply legislation
• Ability to discuss technical energy management policies and practices
• Demonstrate knowledge of various low carbon building services systems and renewable energy generation technologies, and the impact that implementing these has on energy consumption

It would be beneficial if you have used CRM software previously.
