THE ROLE
As IT Support Engineer, you will work within the IT Team here at Natilik and be responsible for the end-to-end operation and development of our IT platform. You will also be the technical escalation point for support issues and will work to drive knowledge and experience across the team. Due to the varied nature of the technology we support, a willingness to work on various technologies is essential.

We're looking for passionate people who can thrive working in a fast-paced environment. The following skills would make for a great addition to our team:
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Server environments, including AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, CA, etc.
- Device management experience in Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Intune, or Meraki MDM.
- Experience deploying and troubleshooting Windows 10, macOS, Linux, and iOS.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 such as Exchange, Azure, etc.
- Working knowledge in VMware vSphere and ESXi.
- Working knowledge of security solutions such as AVs and endpoint security, firewalls, email security, DNS security, etc.
- Networking principles such as TCP/IP, routing, switching, wired and wireless environments.
- VoIP telephony is beneficial but not essential.
- Attention to detail and natural ability to solve issues.
- Plan and organise their own time and tasks, correctly prioritising work to meet objectives.
- Cisco and Microsoft certifications are desirable but not essential.
