The Role:
As a Marketing Executive at Mulberry you will be expected to support the execution of various global marketing projects in line with the central marketing and business strategy.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the wider marketing team in delivering marketing projects to timelines, briefing and delivering assets for media plan execution, managing third party suppliers where necessary and compiling effective wrap reports at project end.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver effective and cohesive marketing briefs, implementing meetings with cross-departmental stakeholders, setting agendas and recording notes into briefing format.
- Be the main point of contact for all UK, EMEA & NA retail partners, ensuring regular and effective communication of brand initiatives and updates and managing the end-to-end delivery of seasonal assets and other collateral required for localised marketing activities.
- Develop a good working relationship with landlord and wholesale partners proactively securing marketing support at all possible opportunities.
- Manage all marketing invoice processing & spend tracking, working closely with the wider marketing team and finance to ensure all POs and invoices are processed efficiently and on time.
- Act as the conduit of information between the business and the marketing team – attending and setting agendas for weekly retail and marketing meetings and sharing a weekly marketing status update to the wider business.
- Manage allocated retail activations within your markets working closely with retail and commercial teams to deliver to agreed objectives
- Manage all brand document updates (e.g company overview and seasonal overviews) ensuring each is planned, briefed in and delivered in a timely manner.
- Keep up to date with latest industry and cultural news and share any interesting findings with the wider marketing team.
- Support the team with general administrative duties when required.

Skills & Experience Required:
Currently working in an equivalent level role.- Minimum 3 years’ experience within luxury or at a fashion brand.
- Demonstrates an understanding of the luxury retail landscape within relevant markets.
- Passion for Mulberry and our products.
- Experience working in creative, fast paced environments.
- Strong management and planning skills.
- Innovative and proactive in your approach to work.
- Competence on Adobe Creative Suite.
- Flexibility to travel when required.
