Job description
We are currently supporting our client, a leading Legal firm based in Glasgow City Centre, to recruit a Temporary Receptionist to join their team.
This is due to start on Monday 24th July, please only apply if you are available for a short term contract starting then.
Role Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming telephone calls
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the office
- Manage meeting room bookings and ensure that rooms are set up for meetings
- Photocopying and scanning documents for the Legal teams, filing
- Manage the mail, ensuring all letters are distributed swiftly
- Sorting the mail at the end of each day
- Provide holiday cover from time to time in other offices
- General support to ensure the smooth running of the office
Key Skills
- A background working in a front office role
- Strong prioritisation skills
- Excellent PC skills
- Excellent time management
- Excellent communicator, both written and oral
