We are seeking a talented and passionate Data Analyst with proficiency in PowerBI and Crystal Reports to join one of our clients. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful and actionable insights, providing stakeholders with accurate and relevant information to drive business strategies. Your role will involve collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources, enabling informed decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using PowerBI and Crystal Reports.
• Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and data documentation to support data governance initiatives.
• Monitor and optimize performance of existing reports and dashboards, making recommendations for improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics and visualization

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in PowerBI and Crystal Reports, with a solid understanding of their features and capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in SQL and data querying languages.
