Work Environment: The primary work location of this position is Washington D.C. Metro area, remote work is allowed but not guaranteed. If you live outside the commutable area, travel expenses are not reimbursed to the primary work location.

The Data Analyst will be a key technical contributor and will work with large data sets to identify important trends in content from creative tools, disseminate those trends, and provide key insights for what the behavioral changes and trends mean.
Education:
- BA/BS degree
Skills:
- Strong professional, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated cross-functional team collaboration skills in a rapidly changing, high intensity, mission-oriented work environment
- Demonstrated technical writing and presentation skill
- Performs tasks which may include obtaining data through advanced computerized model
- Extrapolating data patterns through advanced algorithms
- Developing simple graphs and charts to explain how the mathematical information will influence the specific project or business
- Presenting to managers how to best alter their business models to generate profitable future trends
Analytical Skills:
- Ability to work with large amounts of data, including facts, figures, and number analysis.
- The successful candidate will need to see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions
Critical Thinking:
- Must look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings
Attention to Detail:
- Data is precise; the successful candidate will be vigilant in the analysis to come to correct conclusions
- A well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player
- An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills

Experience:
- Junior Level: Requires a minimum of four years experience
- Senior Level: Requires a minimum of eight years experience
