The Opportunity
Through your experience of dealing with large volume data sets, your ability to translate into trends, and consult on action required, you will be able to create immediate impact, influence key stakeholders and shape the future of our business and your career.
Working within a team of 4 you’ll be supporting the business to build automated reporting tools, analysing trends in key KPI’s, and building data sets to improve performance and maximise profitability and excellence.
Draw insights from data and present analyses of trends and key issues related to:
1) Machine Availability & Capex
2) Customer/Market segmentation
3) Pricing
4) Service Productivity
5) Customer Services
6) Customer Retention
Key Productivity Metrics:
- Create, refine, and automate reporting tools / models / dashboards that provide analysis and insight into KPIs, thus enabling the business leadership to make timely, accurate, and fact-based decisions
- Support Executive Directors in P&L and KPI management with monthly reviews, analysis, and maintenance of KPIs/dashboards
- Maintain full suite of KPIs within each business function
- Target driven performance improvement or growth initiatives through use of available data sets
- Working with BI, AX and CRM (D365) – data validation/maintaining/designing and interpreting dashboards.
Who are we looking for?
- Highly numerate with excellent data manipulation skills and a proven ability to analyse / interpret complex datasets
- Experienced in large volume data extraction from various reporting systems, with a good working knowledge of data structures and data warehouses
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (confident with complex formulae / pivot functionality / etc)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and SQL
- Commercial intuition with a proven ability to think laterally to solve problems.
