Job description
- Maintain and monitor data systems for the program.
- Implement policies, procedures, and practice standards of program compliance in line with contract
- requirements to help the Executive Director, Operations Manager and Program Managers identify and address organizational development issues.
- Support the design, development, and implementation of programs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs aimed at developing staff capacity.
- Track outcomes and monitor progress against meeting established goals.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual performance and outcome reports for review and submission to the funder by the Program Manager.
- Analyze programmatic data to determine strengths and gaps.
- Complete reports for timely submission as required by the County, City, and State.
- Provide back-up outreach and case management support to the region as needed.
- Administer client databases including generating and analyzing reports, user management, and ensuring adherence to Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) policies and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
