The role of the consultant

Clients partner with us for the best leadership and talent solution in the market. Our consultants are trusted, strategic advisors to clients and influence at c-suite level. Day-to-day, you’ll be supporting professionals with their next career move, or providing talent consulting solutions to business leaders, including chairs and the c-suite, hiring managers, HR and procurement functions in your specialist industry sectors.
As a consultant, you’ll build deep, long-standing relationships with board-level executives, department heads and other high-calibre senior professionals in FTSE100, global, and many of the UK’s leading organisations.

About you
We’d be interested in talking to you if you have a minimum of three years’ relevant experience and a demonstrable track-record of achieving successful outcomes for clients and candidates, throughout your consulting career.
We’re looking for high-achievers and experts in their field. You’ll be a thought leader with a future-focussed mindset on the important issues facing both clients and candidates.
Quality is central to our consultancy approach, so listening and first-class presentation skills will be essential for you to be successful. You should expect to contribute to, as well as learn from, our existing talented and respected associates, managers and directors. We will want
you to deliver outstanding talent solutions. We’ll provide you with the training, coaching and tools to perform in your role.
You will be degree educated, intellectually curious and may have already gained experience in management consulting.
Good business acumen with a broad commercial understanding of how organisations and senior executives tick is essential. Most importantly, you’ll have a growth-mindset and a drive to achieve more for yourself, clients and candidates.
