JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the facilitation of design, development, implementation, and evaluation of systems supporting the department of nursing quality activities. Facilitates initiatives of hospital processes related to Magnet designation. Manages the development and promotion of activities and quality initiatives supporting research, clinical practice, Magnet, and outcomes and regulatory compliance. Ensures data quality of various clinical databases: (ex. NDNQI, EHR platforms, CareConnect, Scorecards, Press Ganey, Launchpad, LeapFrog etc.) to include data collection, validation, analysis, and interpretation and timely delivery of results as it relates to the identification, monitoring, and reporting of clinical quality and outcomes. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
Bachelor's Degree required
Three (3) years of experience in healthcare or data analysis
