Live events are back, and we are busier than ever! Due to massive growth, we are adding a Financial Analyst to our Finance Team. This position would report directly to the VP of Finance and work out of our corporate office in Duluth GA. We function in a hybrid capacity (typically two days in the office, three days remote).
What You’ll Do:
- Research, develop and deploy data-collection processes. Generate BI Reporting using Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools that provide actionable insight to make improvements in all the above areas of the business. Provide business and technical support throughout development, testing, and implementation of new solutions. Integrate improved reporting and KPI tracking into existing and new routines to support and enhance business performance
- Support process improvement and standardization initiatives for management data reporting
- Organize, structure, and analyze large data sets and present information to support decision-making
- Lead finance team initiatives to identify opportunities for automation of management data reporting
- Determine how the key metric drivers will be calculated, owned, and tracked
- Develop modern predictive analytics, identify key areas for improvement and optimization to drive insightful business strategies, and improved business performances. Lead the company through modern predictive analytics and identify most impactful areas for research and development in predictive analytics. Apply financial economics and business intelligence tools to address better visualization and transparency of data analytics. Collaborate with data stewards to improve data availability and quality while ensuring compliance with regulatory and security policies
- Prepare & deliver presentations to management team
Who You Are:
- The right candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or higher, 2-4 years of relevant experience, strong technical skills (Excel, Python, Tableau, etc.), and excellent written/oral communication skills.
- Experience with Power BI a plus.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
