Job description
This new role will report to the ISQM (UK) 1 senior manager and will manage data to record and monitor our system of quality management as well as develop a good working knowledge of the software tools we use to manage our work.
This will give you a unique insight into how Mazars' works and a role in supporting and improving quality, as well as interaction with senior management within the firm.
There will be a significant amount of data management and a chance to develop the software tool we use across the firm to manage quality.
Skills and knowledge
The successful candidate will be able to handle and manage data, recording information accurately and completely.
They will be comfortable learning new concepts and software.
They will have an analytical and logical mind
They will have good listening skills and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
The role requires no prior experience or knowledge of ISQM (UK) 1.

A successful candidate will be well organised, an eye for detail and able to work to deadline.
They will need to be comfortable talking to key stakeholders around the firm.
There will be a need to document processes in both narrative and flow chart form, while no experience in the flow chart tool, Visio, is required, some computer and Word proficiency is required.
