Location: Birmingham
Contract: Permanent, full time, part time and flexible
Responsibilities
As Data Analyst you’ll be working within the street lighting team, supporting them with the management and monitoring of query processes, together with KPI’s and reporting in line with contractual responsibilities, ensuring failures are kept to a minimum by working with operational teams to improve service delivery.
Your day to day will include:
- Contract management, identifying of performance KPIs, recognising local data owners for general performance data and KPIs
- Making sure Kier values are enforced in the planning team and that measures are put in place to promote these values
- KPI reporting, producing monthly management reports in line with contractual obligations
- Liaising with the planning, inspection and operational teams, assisting and supporting with ongoing projects, acting as escalation point for any issues, ad-hoc analysis on projects, including the use of Power BI
Who are we looking for?
This role of Data Analyst is great for you if you can:
- Demonstrate a passion for improving service delivery
- Bring working knowledge of Microsoft Excel with attention to detail and have a logical approach to data management
- Confidently challenge data and performance levels with senior management and other stakeholders
