Job description

As a Data Analyst, you should be able to demonstrate that you are able to analyses project components, organise them into a logical sequence and establish the minimum time required for the project. You also need to study company services and read and interpret the data obtained when clients use them.

You need to assess this data and make reports on any bugs or feature requests. Data analysts need to format and store data points to ensure they can be reused for future development and improvements of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, organise, analyse, and interpret financial and business data efficiently using statistical techniques to support informed decision-making within the organisation.
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within the company to extract relevant financial and business information required for reporting purposes.
  • Prepare insightful and accurate management. and board reports that provide a comprehensive view of our financial and business performance
  • Take charge of consolidating sales and margin data from various entities within the organisation and ensuring precise reporting.
  • Create and monitor current financial key performance indicators (KPIs) and variances, offering actionable insights to guide decision-making within the organization.
  • Make recommendations and implement improvements to reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Uphold data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and reconciliations within the organisation
  • Undertake ad-hoc queries and projects as requested by the business.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £24,853.99-£36,764.91 per year
