Job description
Holland Homes is in search of someone who has experience in analytics and BI. This position is responsible for coordinating, gathering, querying, formatting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data in efforts to help streamline and coordinate information across all departments of the company to communicate with one another, create analytics and reports company-wide that provides leadership to have up to date, accurate, and timely information.
*Job is not remote must live near Auburn, AL*
Responsibilities include:
- Collecting data from single or multiple systems.
- Developing reports and analysis as well as dashboards and graphics.
- Helping drive the effort to collect and analyze metrics and continually improve processes using Microsoft Power BI
- Developing and maintaining data systems and reorganizing reporting systems
- Creating standard Microsoft Power BI reports that actively monitor the effectiveness of our business operations
- Working closely with the each department lead to prioritize focus areas of improvement for reporting and analytics within the organization
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree preferably with a dual focus on IT and business or related field is preferred
- MS PowerBI or similar cloud-based dashboard software
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
