We have an exciting opportunity to join our marketing team as a Data Analyst. We are looking for someone to provide data and insight analysis, focusing on market trends, customer behaviour, competitor benchmarking and business systems. This is a very exciting and diverse role.

We are looking for a passionate Analyst who has proven work experience with market insights. In return, alongside your remuneration, you will receive 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), an enhanced pension scheme with up to 11% employer contribution and up to six times life assurance.

The role:

· Responsible for the research, data analysis and reporting for Hobart UK Equipment.

· Providing data insights and recommendations that influence and drive the strategic plan.

· Presenting persuasively and objectively any findings that should be used by the business in the development and execution of its business plans.

· Research and analyse the marketing mix to provide insights that support the brand value proposition.

· Effectively manage and keep updated the relevant databases, process controls and reporting suites.

· Measure impact analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, promotions, social media, website, and other marketing activities.

· Strive to achieve data standardisation across the business.

The successful candidate:

· Has proven data analysis experience and is able to provide market insights and recommendations that lead to action.

· Can present data in a compelling, persuasive, and fact-based manner.

· Has experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business

· Is tenacious, resilient and can work collaboratively.

· Has excellent numeracy & IT skills

· Works with confidence when using databases and strives to be the subject expert.

· A degree in a marketing or analytical related field (Desirable)
