Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analytics Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analytics Developer, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to drive business insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining business analytics solutions that transform raw data into meaningful reports, visualizations, and dashboards. You will report to the Technical Program Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy business analytics solutions using industry-standard tools and technologies.
• Create and maintain scalable data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into a centralized data warehouse.
• Design and build interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business performance improvements and identify areas for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues, improve data governance, and enhance overall data quality.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in business analytics, data visualization, and data warehousing.
• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize analytics solutions to make data-driven decisions.
• Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Maintain project timelines in project management tool, Monday.com. Provides project status updates to the appropriate stakeholders
• Conducts requirements testing/QA/QC to ensure minimal production defects as well as perform analysis for customer impact.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Business Analytics Developer or in a similar role, with a strong focus on data analytics and reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
• Solid understanding of ETL processes, data integration, and data transformation techniques.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qualtrics, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
