Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Digital Analytics Manager to develop and enhance Deel's tracking framework, ensuring its effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.
Collect, analyze, and interpret digital data to provide actionable insights for business decisions and digital marketing strategies.
Support the maintenance and optimization of our Tag Management (e.g., Google Tag Manager) and Analytics (e.g., Amplitude, GA4) platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and communicate data layer components, ensuring accurate and consistent tracking.
Work closely with the Growth and Product teams to coordinate, prioritize, and provide support for analytics and reporting initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital analytics, demonstrating a natural curiosity and eagerness to learn.
Requirements:
Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager or similar Tag Management tools. Familiarity with server-side tracking is a plus.
Proficiency in Analytics tools such as GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, with experience in extracting valuable insights from data.
Basic SQL skills to query, manipulate, and analyze data effectively.
Basic understanding of JavaScript to facilitate tracking implementation and troubleshooting.
Good understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including key marketing channels (paid and unpaid).
Naturally curious about the digital analytics landscape and proactive in staying informed about industry trends.
Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Available to work within the European timezone.
