CPM have an exciting opportunity as a Reporting Executive in our Insight team based in Thame. We are excited to be growing our team and have this position for someone to join on a permanent basis offering up to £35K per annum DOE, Bupa Medical, Generous holiday and pension contribution.
The Reporting Executive works as part of the Operations and Reporting team and is responsible for providing internal and external stakeholders with reporting solutions and outputs. These allow the business to drive performance, efficiency, and effectiveness. You will optimise the use of the available systems and technology in each client solution. Within this, you would be identifying opportunities to add value and enhance the service that is already provided.
Within this role you will work alongside the Account management and Operations teams, playing an integral part in our plans to grow and develop our solutions for our clients. You will report into the Reporting and Insight Manager.

Salary: Up to £35K DOE
We offer hybrid working with 2/3 days in the office. We are also open to candidates who would be looking for condensed 4 day week, Monday to Thursday.
This role will deliver insight and value to the data & reports. This includes:
- Interpreting and presenting what the data is showing,
- Making clear recommendations which help drive the performance of the field teams,
- Helping to retain and grow clients.
The skills we need from you:
- Knowledge & experience of SQL,
- Proficient in the use of business intelligence tools including Power BI,
- Fully proficient in MS Office applications,
- Highly skilled & advanced in Excel,
- Knowledge of database and reporting systems,
- Experience of manipulating data from various sources, and relating this to market trends/intelligence for additional insight,
- Ability to quickly learn and understand new software/systems,
- Positive reaction to change in a fast-moving environment, with the ability to be able to understand and manage change in a flexible way with a positive and can-do attitude.
