Ref: HF 23126 Location: Holnicote House, Selworthy, Nr Minehead, Somerset, TA24 8TJ Contract: Full Time – 39+ hours per week Hourly Rate: £11.40 - £11.90 Maximum 55 covers | 9pm Finishes | Pre orders each evening Job brief: You’ll be responsible for supporting the Head and Sous Chefs to prepare and serve nutritious and exciting meals ensuring our guests have an excellent dining experience throughout their stay. Ideally working towards an NVQ 3 qualification - or with the desire to – you’ll have a couple of years’ experience of working in a busy kitchen and possess a genuine passion for food, teamwork and be ready to take the next step in your career.
