About the job Production Operatives required in Burnaston, Derby for an immediate start, all positions are a placement with Proman , working with one of the worlds leading automotive specialists. Hours of work: 39 hours per week, working a two-shift pattern, rotating weekly: Earlies: 06:00 to 14:18 Lates: 15:20 to 23.38 You will need to attend a 15-minute briefing prior to the start of your shift. Pay Rates: £14.44 per hour including average shift premium. £29,336 per annum Monthly Pay placements Annual bonus. Overtime can be called up to 45 minutes on the early shift and up to 2 hours on late shift. Overtime is paid at a premium: Time and third for the first two hours and time and a half there after. You will be working within one of our main production areas, either Body shop, Paint shop, Plastics shop, or Assembly shop. In addition, we are also hiring in to the Business Revenue Centre for Used Vehicle Refurbishments and accessory fitting. Working on our production line, running one of our manufacturing processes, building an element of the vehicle. Confirming quality, and inspection. Taking ownership for improving the condition of your process. Raising and implementing improvement ideas. About You: The ability to follow standardised work and build to the same quality every time.
