Acting as a Data Analyst within the Core Credit Systems, Retail Banking & Payments Technology group you will have the opportunity to perform end-to-end requirements analysis and complete documentation for development projects of various complexity impacting the portfolio of a variety of systems used to service the loan and mortgage credit product. You will have the opportunity to manage multiple priorities and time constraints while delivering high-quality requirements. You will also have the opportunity to partner with various IT and business stakeholders.

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Plan and execute detailed system requirements phases and identify, track, and resolve business systems issues
- Assess, research, analyze, and document stakeholder needs, using the recommended or selecting the appropriate information gathering and data modelling technique to elicit requirements
- Contribute to successful completion of project objectives with high quality, within budget, and on time
- Review test plans, scenarios, cases as needed
- Support Development, Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing activities
- Build and maintain a repository of reusable system documentation
- Identifying risks, dependencies, assumptions and constraints
- Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders, and business unit partners through all project phases.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Must-have
- 7+ years of experience as Data Analyst
- Self-motivated, independent, possess excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
- Proven experience in various project delivery methodologies such as Iterative Waterfall and/or Agile
- Proven experience in requirements analysis and documentation such as Use Cases and Scenarios, User Stories, Data Modeling, Data Requirements, Acceptance and Evaluation Criteria Definition
- Hands-on data analysis experience using medium to complex level SQL on but not limited to Relational databases
- Understanding of API
- Understanding of streaming platform (e.g., Kafka)
- Knowledge of banking and credit product concepts
- Working knowledge of Confluence
- Experience in financial credit domain
- Understanding of Data governance. Ideally should have worked on Data governance tools such as Collibra.
