What is the opportunity?
This is a superb opportunity to work in a high priority programme that delivers good outcomes for customers. The surveys this role supports with data access are critical to the successful adoption of a customer centric strategy.
You will primarily be responsible for provision of data to support the Consumer Duty Survey plan. This will support Bank Of Ireland UK's requirement to meet monitoring obligations of customer outcomes under Consumer Duty
In this role you will:
- Identify feasibility of data sources, Data build and refreshes for regular (not continuous) surveys.
- Data selection, working closely with Engage Hub and Qualtrics.
- Data delivery and management of associated data risks, e.g. accurate brand applied.
- Solution design and delivery of mechanism to enable automated data file sends (currently manual in the customer team).

There are no specific qualifications or minimum educational requirements needed for this role.
What will make you stand out?
Previous experience of developing & supporting SQL server for data or applications along with ability to communicate effectively with developers, management and the business.
In addition, to stand out you will have experience with the following programmes/skills;
- Understanding of Virtual Networking
- Competent in SQL
- Power BI and Python
- Developing using DevOps/Agile methodology
