Aon are currently recruiting a Data Analyst to join our team in London. The Data Analyst will be primarily responsible for conducting technical maintenance and delivering enhancements/optimisation to the platform, data pipelines, tools and scripts and design, build and test technical solutions (data and capabilities) adhering to development and release standards.

About the Role
Your impact as a Data Analyst:
Conduct technical maintenance and delivering enhancements/optimisation to the platform, data pipelines, tools and scripts
Design, build and test technical solutions (data and capabilities) adhering to development and release standards.
Manage duplication of solutions and identify opportunities for rationalisation.
Ensure all solutions conform to team standards around quality, security data privacy and performance optimisation
Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.
About you
Your knowledge and expertise:
Solicits information on the direction, goals and industry competitive environment to determine how the UK Data & Analytics team can add value to Aon and its clients.
Makes decisions and recommendations clearly linked to the Aon's strategy and financial goals, reflecting an awareness of external dynamics.
Demonstrates awareness by providing clear explanations for actions taken relative to customer requirements and industry trends.
Ability to understand a client's business needs and translate needs into specific requirements.
Applies knowledge of the client's functions and processes to develop business case and business requirement documents.
Assesses the benefits of recommended solutions.
